What is your return policy?
Within 15 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return a defective or damaged product. We will notify you through e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a 100% refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within two weeks of our receiving your return. We do not refund shipment fees.

Can I return a defective/damaged product?
If your product is still under warranty, you may return it at the following address: 23 Edouard Vaillant, Tours, 37000, France and you will receive a new product of the same kind.

How can I modify my personal details?
You can always modify your personal details (email, address, password) after Login, on your Customer dedicated page. Make the necessary modifications and validate them.

I forgot my password…
In case you forgot your password, go to the Home page of our website and Click on «Forgot Password, Click here» and a new password will be automatically sent to your email account.

How can I cancel my order?
You have the right to cancel the order after validation but we do not take responsibility for any refunds.

What are my payment options?
We gladly accept Credit cards (online payment) and checks (fill in the order form and send it to us by post together with the check).

Are my transactions confidential?
We take great care in ensuring your safety in shopping online with us. Our entire checkout process and your account pages are encrypted using TLS/SSL (Secure Socket Layer) so your transactions remain confidential. The payment is directly processed by the bank.

What is your delivery area?
All European Union countries and Switzerland.

How much does delivery cost?
9€ for an order up to 50€, and free for orders starting from 50€.
